NE Halsey St from NE 46th Ave to NE 48th Ave - Proposed Improvements

• The traffic signal at the intersection of NE Halsey St and NE 47th Ave will be reconstructed and will include protected left turn signals for vehicles turning left in all four directions.
   

• The new traffic pattern on NE Halsey St will consist of one 13’-wide through/travel lane and one 10’-wide left-turn-only lane in each direction.
   

• On-street parking and “Pro-Time” lanes, which alternate between on-street parking and travel lanes during commuting hours, will be removed on both sides of NE Halsey between NE 46th Ave and NE 48th Ave.
